Dave Henry
Director
Dave Henry is the passionate founder and Senior Pastor of The Pentecostals of Stone Mountain. He is the current director of Building the Bridge Ministries.
He actively serves Stone Mountain and surrounding areas. An ordained minister in the United Pentecostal Church International, he holds key leadership positions, including Presbyter for Section Eight and member of the Georgia District Diversity Committee.

Damon Peavy
Secretary
A dedicated supporter of Building the Bridge Ministries (BTB) for decades, Damon Peavy Sr. brings a wealth of experience to his role as Secretary, elected in 2020.
An ordained minister in the United Pentecostal Church International, he actively contributes to his denomination as the NC District Section 3 Secretary and a valued member of the NC Men's Ministries Committee. His commitment to BTB and his local church reflects his dedication to spiritual growth and community development.

Carl Wilson
Director of Promotions
Carl Wilson, an Associate Pastor at Family Worship Center in Colton, CA, is embarking on his first year with Building the Bridge Ministries. He feels a strong personal connection to the ministry's mission and vision, driving his excitement to contribute to its brand, strengthen families, and uplift marginalized communities.

Mark Thomas
North Central Region Director
Mark Thomas is Founding and Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Christian Assembly in Plaquemine LA. He
has served in this capacity, alongside his wife Deena Thomas for over 23 years. Brother Thomas also
serves as the Louisiana District UPCI Section 13 Home Missions Director and as the UPCI Building the
Bridge South Central Regional Director for the states of Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The
Thomas’ have five Children. Mark Jr.(27), Jeremy(23), Kayla(20), Paul(13) and Jonathan(9). The Thomas’
are home schoolers and have been actively involved in Bible Quizzing for over 20 years. -
Indira Petoskey
North East Region Director
Dr. Indira Petoskey serves as the First Lady and Executive Pastor of The Pentecostals of Greater Hartford. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, an M.S. in Technology Education, and undergraduate degrees in Business Education, English Education, and Theology. Dr. Petoskey is the Assistant Dean for Equity & Diversity at Eastern Connecticut State University, President of the Administrative Faculty Union, adjunct faculty at Capital Community College, and serves on the Board of Directors for Urshan College and Urshan Graduate School of Theology.
With over 25 years in higher education, she has held various leadership roles, including professor, dean, and vice president. In the community, she mentors youth and serves on the Hartford Commission of Refugees and Immigrant Affairs.
Dr. Petoskey and her husband, Reverend JW Petoskey, are foster parents to two daughters and proud grandparents. She is known for her passionate leadership, clear teaching, and deep spiritual care.

Laird Sillimon
South West Region Director
Laird Sillimon is a native of New Orleans, LA. Laird has served in ministry at Christian Life Center in Gaithersburg, MD, Stockton, CA, and The Pentecostals of Alexandria, LA, in roles such as Music Pastor and Associate Pastor.
Currently, he is the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer at Christian Life College in Stockton, CA.

Edward Seabrooks
South East Regional Director
Edward Seabrooks has served as the Southeast Regional Director of Building the Bridge Ministries for the past two years. Pastor Seabrooks is driven by the belief that a desire for diversity must be rooted in a theological foundation, and that multiculturalism should be actively sought after. He brings a passion for building bridges across cultural and ethnic lines to his work with Building the Bridge Ministries.

Melvin Gray
North Central Region Director
Pastor Gray serves as the North Central Regional Director for Building the Bridge Ministries and on the Mn District GROWMNTUM Team. His extensive leadership experience includes roles as Sectional Director for Mn NAM and Mn MCM Director.

Derald R. Weber
General Board Liaison
Louisiana District Superintendent since 2021, has dedicated over four decades to ministry. He founded and led The Pentecostals of Lafayette for nearly 25 years, demonstrating his commitment to church growth through planting and revitalization efforts. Bishop Weber plays a vital role in Building the Bridges Ministries.

Travis Houston
Pastoral Advisor
Rev. Travis Houston has been in ministry since 1998. He, along with his wife, Sara, has served as pastor of Bogalusa First Church since 2008. They have 3 children: Piper, Dashell, and Zoe. The whole family served in various ministerial capacities, not only in the local church but also in the city of Bogalusa and the state of Louisiana.

Art Wilson
Pastoral Advisor
Rev. Art Wilson planted The International Church of Metro Detroit in 2002. He is the former Detroit Metro District Superintendent. He is also a Diplomatic Ambassador and Special Advisor. His wife is Bethany, and they have 3 married children and 4 grandchildren.

Wilbert Blandon
Pastoral Advisor
Currently serves as the BTB District Director Liaison. He has been involved with Building the Bridge Ministries since 1992, serving 13 years as the BTB Secretary from 1999-2012.
Wilbert Blandon has also served as WNOP, Men’s Ministry, and NAM Ministry Liaison. I am grateful for my service in these capacities and look forward to supporting Building the Bridge Ministries' mission and vision in the future.

Errin Bryant
Errin Bryant is the son of UPCI missionaries to the country of Paraguay, South America. Having been raised on the field until the age of 17, he is fluently bi-lingual in English and Spanish. He attended Jackson College of Ministries, where he met his wife, Brenda Sechrist. When they married in 1984, they worked in her dad’s church in Pennsylvania, and then pastored a thriving revival church in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. They moved to Saint Louis in August of 2000 to work in the Home Missions Division. Seven years ago a new department was formed in the UPCI called Church Advancement, and Errin serves as the administrator of that department. Ministries such as Building the Bridge Ministries, Spanish Evangelism, Women in Ministry, SAGES, Singles, Appreciation Sunday and Multicultural Ministries function under the oversight of this department. Errin and Brenda reside in Saint Louis.
